Step 1: Log into Your Account
Visit our website at www.newtimeshair.com. Click “Login” located at the top right corner of any page. Enter your registered email address and password to access your account.

Step 2: Browse and Pick Your Product(s)
e.g., To browse men's hair systems, hover over the "MEN" tab in the main navigation bar. From the dropdown menu, click on "All Hair Systems" to view all available options.

Step 3: Add Product(s) to Your Cart
Click on the product you wish to order with your prefered specifications—such as color, style, cap size, quantity, and more. Then, click "ADD TO CART".

Step 4: View Your Cart and Make Changes
-- Click “VIEW CART” to review the items you've selected. You can adjust quantities, remove items, or make other changes. Or click “CHECKOUT” to proceed with your order.

--If you've selected the wrong product, click "Remove" or "Remove All" to restart your purchase.

Step 5: Proceed with Checkout
Happy with your order? Click the "CHECKOUT" button to proceed with your order. Still want to make changes? Return to your cart by simply clicking the "BACK" button at the upper-left corner.

Step 6: Enter Your Address
After the "CHECKOUT" button is pressed, fill in your shipping address and click “SAVE ADDRESS.” If your billing address is the same, select “Same as shipping address.” If it's different, choose “Use a different billing address,” enter the billing address in the pop-up form, and click “SAVE ADDRESS.”

Step 7: Update Your Address
To update your shipping address, click the drop-down arrow. Then, either the three dots next to the address you need to edit, or click the "plus" icon beside "Add Shipping Address" to add a new one.


Step 8: Add Shipping Instructions
Below the address section, you can leave any specific instructions related to shipping or logistics.

Step 9: Confirm and Pay
Review your order—products, address, and any discounts. Select your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card), enter your payment details, and click “COMPLETE ORDER.”

Step 10: Check Your Order Status
You’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is complete. To track your order: Log into your account, go to your Profile, and click on “ORDERS” to see the status of your order.
